Joe Rickey
The Rickey is a classic cocktail invented in the early 1900s, consisting of a spirit, lime juice, and soda. Over 100 years later, it was reinvented using Tequila and renamed Ranch Water, quickly gaining popularity.

This is a light refreshing easy cocktail similar to the bees knees but with blanco tequila, locally sourced hill country honey and fresh squeezed lime juice blended together for a refreshing sipper.

Created at the Hotel Nacional for actress Mary Pickford during her visit with Charlie Chaplin and Douglas Fairbanks, this Prohibition-era cocktail blends rum, pineapple juice, grenadine, and maraschino liqueur for a tropical classic.

London, England – Ada “Coley” Coleman, circa 1903
Created by legendary bartender Ada Coleman at the Savoy Hotel’s American Bar, this sophisticated mix of gin, sweet vermouth, and Fernet-Branca was crafted for actor Sir Charles Hawtrey, who declared it had “a real hanky panky in it.”

Invented by American expatriate and writer Erskine Gwynne at Harry’s New York Bar in Paris, this rich blend of bourbon, sweet vermouth, and Campari was named after his literary magazine The Boulevardier.

Bee’s Knees
United States – Prohibition Era, circa 1920s
The Bee’s Knees cocktail originated during the Prohibition era of the 1920s, created as a way to mask the harsh taste of bathtub gin with honey and lemon. Its name comes from a popular slang phrase of the time meaning “the best.”
