Joe Rickey

The Rickey is a classic cocktail invented in the early 1900s, consisting of a spirit, lime juice, and soda. Over 100 years later, it was reinvented using Tequila and renamed Ranch Water, quickly gaining popularity.

A modern classic with vintage charm, the Fitzgerald is a gin-based cocktail that balances botanical brightness with a touch of spice. Made with London dry gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters, it’s crisp, refreshing, and subtly complex.
